Your information, kept simple.

When you order: your name, email, phone number and billing details, plus the shipping address you enter at checkout.

For the box itself: the student's name, their school, the note you want printed on the card, and any allergies you tell us about.

If you join our email list: your email address.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes straight to Stripe and we never see or store it. Stripe's use of your information is covered by the Stripe Privacy Policy.

To pack, print your card, ship your order, and contact you about it.

Allergy information is used only to check the box before it ships and to contact you if something needs to change.

If you join our list, we email you a few times a semester at most. Every email has a way to unsubscribe.

Only the services that help us run the shop: Stripe for payments and order records, our shipping carrier for delivery, and our website host. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it for advertising.

The site remembers your cart in your own browser so it's still there if you leave. We don't use advertising cookies.

Monday Mail is meant for adults buying gifts. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We keep order records as long as the law requires for taxes and accounting. Email support@sendmondaymail.com.
