The fine print, in plain words.

Prices are in US dollars and include shipping. Sales tax, if any, is added at checkout. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place your order.

Promo codes can't be combined unless we say so, and they have no cash value.

Every box is packed by hand with name-brand, store-bought snacks and a small surprise. If an item is out of stock, we swap in something comparable.

We don't sell allergy-safe boxes, and our products come from other manufacturers. Each item keeps its original packaging and ingredient label, so please check labels before eating.

If you list an allergy at checkout, we reach out before we pack. We'll swap in a comparable item when we can, or leave it out.

We ship within the United States. Boxes are packed within two business days of your order. Delivery times depend on the carrier.

Please give us the full address the school uses, including dorm, room or mailroom details. We can't be responsible for boxes sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

The Semester Care Plan is a one-time purchase for three boxes, timed to move-in, midterms and finals at the student's school. It is not a subscription and does not renew.

If the student moves, tell us before the next box ships and we'll send it to the new address.

If a box arrives damaged, goes missing, or isn't what you ordered, contact us and we'll replace it or refund it, depending on the situation.

We do our best to get every box right. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina. We may update them; the version on this page at the time of your order applies.
